Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP3) Small Business (SB) is an Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with 137 labor categories for task orders in support of everything IT.

CIO-SP3 is administered by NITAAC (NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center) which is housed within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). NITAAC is a full service acquisition program that provides contracting assistance throughout the entire lifecycle of a CIO-SP3 procurement.

CIO-SP3 is designated by the OMB as Best in Class contracts after meeting the most rigorous performance standards, making CIO-SP3 Small Business a key acquisition tool.
